Servicing and pre-sale preparation
You've bought a vehicle and don't know where to take it. Or you're about to sell and want more for it. I take it to mechanics I use myself and watch the work being done.
What's included
- An assessment of what needs doing now, what can wait and what is best left alone
- A written estimate before work starts — you decide what to do and what to skip
- I drop the vehicle off and pick it up, so you don't have to go anywhere
- Quality control on the work and a check once the repair is finished
- Pre-sale preparation: deep clean, polish, small cosmetic work
How it works
Assessment
I look the vehicle over and split the list into critical, worthwhile and unnecessary.
Estimate
Parts and labour priced up, numbers shown before anything begins.
Work
I take it to the workshop, follow the job and send you photos.
Handover
I check the result and bring the vehicle back to you.

FAQ
Do you have your own workshop?
No, and that is the honest answer. I work with several workshops in Phuket and take each vehicle to whichever does that particular job best.
Why not just go to a workshop myself?
You can. The difference is that you'll be quoted one price and I'll be quoted the working one, and that I know where corners get cut.
How much does this add to the resale price?
It depends on the vehicle. A clean, polished, serviced scooter sells faster and for more — but I won't promise a specific figure in advance.
Is the repair guaranteed?
The workshop gives the guarantee and I make sure it is written down. The term depends on the type of work.
