Full registration service

I put the vehicle in your name — no queues, no language barrier, no trips to the transport department.

Price
Scooter and motorcycle — from ฿2,500 · Car — ฿5,000
That's my fee. Government charges and insurance are paid separately, at cost.

What's included

  • Ownership transfer at the transport department
  • Registration book, plates and supporting documents
  • Compulsory insurance and help with comprehensive cover
  • Documents and numbers verified before filing
  • Preparing the transfer forms and power of attorney from the seller
  • Guidance on what a foreigner needs
As a foreigner you normally need a passport with a valid visa plus a Certificate of Residence from immigration, or a valid work permit. The certificate takes a few working days — worth ordering in advance.

How it works

1

I check the documents

Book, numbers, road tax and insurance — before you hand over any money.

2

I gather the set

Forms, power of attorney, seller's document copies and yours.

3

I file at the DLT

I go through the procedure and inspection and collect the finished documents.

4

I hand it over

Book in your name, plates and insurance in your hands.

Guarantee

I'll tell you upfront which documents are missing and what that means. If a deal is legally risky, you'll hear it before, not after.

FAQ

How long does it take?

Usually about a week: part of the procedure at the transport department takes two visits.

Can it be done without me?

Much of it, yes, under power of attorney. Some steps need you in person — I'll tell you which in advance.

What if the bike is registered in another province?

It can be transferred keeping the existing plate — changing province isn't required. If you want a Phuket plate, that's a separate procedure.
